We were so impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond when asked for assistance or recommendations. They were friendly and professional. Everyone smiled and greeted us. The facilities were terrific. I can tell the hotel was recently renovated. We loved the room setup, and the price for the rooms was (very spacious) great. My only suggestion is to add one more lamp to the room near the large mirror by the bathrooms. It was a bit dark even with all the lights on. :) Otherwise, it was clean, well-designed, and had fantastic staff. I wish I had had time to swim in the pool, but we did go in and check it out.

We were exceptionally pleased with this hotel. It, honestly, was one of THE BEST places I have ever stayed. Clean, classy establishment. We felt safe arriving for check-in (late arrival) as the parking lot as well-lit and not cramped. Very quiet. Front desk staff exceeded our expectations with friendliness, kindness, helpful and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. This hotel is unbelievably clean. The room was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Super pleased and definitely recommend. This hotel will be our "go-to" for any future visits to the area.

I appreciated how professional and courteous the desk staff were. I liked that the hotel felt busy and high-functioning (felt like pre-covid, good energy). Loved that they had an attached restaurant available. We stayed in a recently renovated room. It was super clean and had a very very comfortable bed. Bonus for me that there was no intrusive air “freshener” being used. There was a game room downstairs next to the pool. Needed actual cash for the machines. Needless to say, my 12 year old was pretty happy to spend some time in there.

Friendly staff! Our room was quiet, had a comfortable bed, and was nicely decorated. There were also plenty of power outlets and USB ports to keep our devices charged. It was a plus to not have to ask for our room to be cleaned and restocked daily. Free wifi throughout the hotel was very good, especially in the main lobby. We enjoyed having breakfast at O'Reilly's Taproom and Kitchen but did not try them for dinner. The hotel is within walking distance of a shopping center, restaurants, and pharmacies.

Hotel is about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. It has an indoor heated pool and restaurant onsite. Very good Irish pub. Convenient breakfast buffet with togo option. Room was spacious and convenient with fridge. Laundry onsite was also perfection. It was nice having a second entrance towards the back of the hotel so we could park closer to our room. Would recommend and stay here again in the future.
